Seven U.S. patents have been issued on our developments and two are pending. International patents in several countries have been filed and are pending.
The first product introduction, an arthroscopic transosseous tunnel system, is currently being evaluated with various surgical techniques.

This IntersectorTM provides tensioned anatomical reduction of the rotator cuff arthroscopically, without the use of suture anchors. It allows for multiple attachments of the cuff utilizing simple instrumentation.
For primary procedures, the instrumentation reduces the need for suture anchors. In revision cases, it enables attachment at locations previously compromised by suture anchors. For future applications, the system offers significant promise for use with biologics.
The system has been independently tested to show failures at/above values of new high strength sutures. More importantly, our values have a standard deviation of 5%, indicating consistent performance regardless of underlying bone integrity.
